Q: My offices are in Birmingham and our RAID 5 system has crashed, how soon can you fix it?

A: We can either have a team of engineers to your location within a few hours of calling in the problem or the server, SAN or NAS collected witin 30 minutes and in our main RAID recovery lab in Sheffield within 2-3 Hours of your call.

For critical recovery operations, we aim to have any type of RAID system data  recovered and  fully operation within 24 hours, perhaps less depending on the severity of the data loss problem and the amount of data that needs to be recovered. Here is an example news article of one of RAID recoveries performed over the first week of February 2013

Most can be operational within 24 hours, and often much quicker. Call 0800 999 3282 or 079 3282 4264

Recent example:- RAID 0 (2 x Fujitsu 15k SAS ) collected 6:30pm Wednesday,  good drive imaged twice overnight whilst searching for donor parts. Donor parts not available until Mid morning Thusday so  then used good drive as donor for failed drive, imaged rebuilt drive twice, rebuilt array in virtual environment, produced file list,  recovered SQL db and other data of over 130GB,  copied to server, and return media. Arranged for recovered data to be returned to data centre for 7:15am Friday morning. Quicker than online or tape backup and including data right upto point of failure.
